At Chantelle and Jodie's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless it is an issue with damage in transit, or in the unlikely event it is a quality issue that has been missed. Personalised items gennerally cannot be resold so this is the main reason you can't return.
If the items has not gone into production then it can be cancelled and refunded, but once it is in progress then it can't be cancelled or refunded.

We pride ourselves with quality customer services and shipping times are important to us all. We ship as soon as we can, some products allow for quick dispatch whereas other items such as custom requests may take a little longer.
NO ONE likes to pay it! However, it needs to be covered somewhere and we would rather charge P&P per order and not include it in every item which would make your overall order more costly. One flat rate makes your order cheaper.
