Shipping Information

All of our items are made to order and dispatched from the UK.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within [X–Y] working days.
Processing times do not include delivery time.

Delivery Services

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and are provided as a guide only.
Delivery delays caused by postal services are outside of our control.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery times passes to the postal service.

Returns & Refunds

Personalised Items

All personalised items are made specifically to order.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised goods cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind.

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Has a printing or manufacturing fault

please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing clear photographs.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Personalised Items

Non-personalised items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition and packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer.

  • Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds on personalised items.

At Chantelle and Jodie’s, all items are made to order and dispatched from the UK.

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Some items are eligible for quicker dispatch, while personalised or custom requests may require additional processing time.

Postage and packaging are charged as a flat rate per order. This allows customers ordering multiple items to pay a single delivery charge rather than having postage built into the cost of every product.

During busy periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
